My stay at Carmen Hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The owner spoke fluent Italian, which made communication easy. When I decided to extend my stay, they offered me a triple room at no extra charge. They even organized a taxi trip for me to visit Scutari Castle and Mosque, and the taxi driver waited for me at the castle and treated me to ice cream at a bar along the river. The hotel also provided me with a laundry service in just one day. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent wifi. I have to give a special thanks to the owner's sister who made me yogurt and fruit for free when I had stomach problems. I will definitely come back here in the future!

Spent Christmas in the heart of the charming old town! Full self-serve breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Being on a pedestrian-only street made it so lively and vibrant. the best part was being able to easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions!
We had issues with the room. We had booked 5 months in advance but were told upon arrival that our preferred room was not available.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of a beautiful pedestrian street. The location couldn't have been better, with markets and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and modern, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in the interior design. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with directions or any other queries I had. The breakfast, although not extensive, was delicious and served with a smile. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to any families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The hotel's location was just perfect, central to everything with great dining options within walking distance. The breakfast was not only delicious but also quite affordable. They had a buffet with many options and the staff was more than happy to set it up at the requested time. , the Wi-Fi connection was excellent, which was a plus for my business trip.
Although the price was reasonable, I found it disappointing that the room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped for. , the noise from the street was quite loud, which made it difficult to rest properly at night.

The value for money at Hotel Carmen was incredible! The room was so luxurious and spacious, with a lovely balcony for smokers. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The morning meal could have been improved by ensuring that the coffee was served hot and that there was enough bread and croissants available.
